• • • A national advocacy program for disaster preparedness that guides LGUs and DILG personnel on actions they need to take before, during and after a disaster. It also aims to strengthen the capacity and level of preparedness of LGUs through the L!STO teams in national and local governments.

     • Community Based Risk Reduction and Management- Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan
